Kevin Eastman currently serves as a Senior Bioprocessing Scientist at MeiraGTx since September 2021, previously held the position of Advanced Bioprocess Scientist. Prior experience includes roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Bio Process Technician, where responsibilities involved utilizing manufacturing control systems and executing purification processes for drug products in a cGMP compliant cleanroom. Kevin also worked as an Aseptic Compounding Technician at Baxter International Inc., focusing on process improvement and aseptic manufacturing, and as a Botox Manufacturing Technician at Allergan, where work included lyophilization and cleanroom operations. Early experience includes a crew member position at McDonald's, providing teamwork and training support. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biopharmaceutical Operations from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Maynooth University.
