Monica G has extensive experience in sales and customer service, having served in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Monica is the Inside Sales Team Lead and Coordinator at MEIKO Australia Pacific since June 2020. Prior to this, Monica was the Team Lead for Sales and Reservations at Apollo Motorhome Holidays from August 2014 to April 2020, where responsibilities included training and managing a team focused on customer support through various channels. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Team Leader and Process Trainer at iQor, a Team Leader at Teletech, and multiple positions at AOL, including Billing Coach and Technical Coach. Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal Administrative Assistant/Secretary from Holy Angel University.
