Veronica N. has extensive experience in the aftermarket services and marketing sectors, primarily within Caterpillar Inc. since July 1996, where current responsibilities include Vice President for Aftermarket Services & Marketing in the Resource Industries Sales, Services & Technology division. Veronica has successfully held various positions, including Fluids & Filters Global Product Manager and North American Aftermarket Region Manager, leading teams focused on product support solutions for the mining industry and developing sales strategies across multiple regions. Additional roles have involved managing sales teams for work tool attachments and providing communication support across multiple divisions. In June 2022, Veronica served as General Manager for the Mining Center of Excellence at CA Technologies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication from North Central College, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
