Paul Heyburn has extensive legal experience, currently serving as a Texas Delegate for Mackrell International since December 2011, a global network of independent law firms. Concurrently, Paul has been a Shareholder at MehaffyWeber, P.C. since September 1994, specializing in complex litigation in areas such as products liability, premises liability, environmental issues, and personal injury. Prior to these roles, Paul gained experience as a Briefing Attorney at the 14th Court of Appeals from August 1993 to August 1994. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Texas Tech University School of Law earned between 1990 and 1993 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin obtained from 1984 to 1988.
