Luba Birkan (Konnikov) is an experienced recruitment and training leader currently employed at Medinol since January 2014, where responsibilities have included positions such as Recruitment and Training Leader, Recruitment & Employee Relations Supervisor, and Recruitment Coordinator. Prior to Medinol, Luba held roles as Head Recruiter and Senior Assessor, as well as Recruitment Coordinator at A. Goldman Placement Agency from 2008 to 2013. Luba holds an MBA in Organizational Consulting and Human Resources and a B.A. in English and Communications, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, with degrees completed in 2011 and 2008, respectively.
