Ivana Pejak has a diverse background in human resources and organizational development. Ivana currently serves as the Human Resources Director at MediGroup Srbija. Prior to this, Ivana held the position of Group Human Resources Director at Sport Vision from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as the Director of Organizational Development at Ahold Delhaize. Ivana also has experience as the Country Human Resources Manager at Transcom from 2016 to 2017. Ivana began their career at Telenor d.o.o. in 2008, where they held various roles including Human Resources Director and Solution Delivery Manager. Prior to that, Ivana worked at Tetra Pak Processing and Ad Kompanija Fidelinka in accounting and finance-related positions.

Ivana Pejak holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Belgrade. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution. In 2015, they also obtained a CIPD Licence - Associate certification from the CIPD institution.
