Tom McLain is the Chief Information Officer for Medicus Healthcare Solutions. Mr. McLain has nearly 20 years of technology leadership experience and is responsible for enhancing and implementing the company’s strategic technology plan and leading digital innovation across the firm. He has overall accountability for the company’s IT infrastructure, business systems, applications development, cybersecurity and facilities and provides leadership in developing the vision and direction of the company in leveraging technology to enable growth, generate operational efficiency and manage risk.

Prior to joining Medicus, Mr. McLain was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at BrightSphere Investment Group a publicly traded investment management company with over $220 Billion in assets under management, where he was a member of the senior management team and responsible for all aspects of technology and global operational functions. Earlier in his career, he held various technology and consulting positions at Fidelity Investments, Keane, and IBM. Mr. McLain is a graduate of Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY where he earned both a B.S. degree in management information systems and an MBA.
