Lisa Iacopetta is currently working as the Lead Product Designer at Medibank since May 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Experience Designer at ANZ from July 2021 to May 2022. Prior to ANZ, they served as a Senior Product Designer at Airwallex from September 2019 to July 2021. Lisa also worked as a Senior Experience Designer at Origin Energy from September 2018 to September 2019 and at NAB from October 2017 to September 2018. Lisa has previous experience as a Design Lead and UX/UI Designer at Aligent Consulting from March 2017 to October 2017, and as a Frontend Developer at Aligent Consulting from February 2015 to July 2016. Lisa started their career as a UI Designer and Frontend Developer at atomix design from May 2011 to February 2012 and at cjt design from July 2009 to May 2011. Lisa also worked as a UI Designer and Frontend Developer at Freerange Future from April 2012 to October 2013.

Lisa Iacopetta completed their Bachelor of Design (Product Innovation) in Industrial and Product Design at the University of South Australia from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Trinity College from 1996 to 2008, although no degree or field of study was mentioned.
