Michael Hayes, CPCU, is a seasoned professional in product analytics and insurance, currently serving as Manager of Product Analytics at PEMCO since June 2023. Previously, Michael held various roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance from September 2015 to June 2023, ascending from Analyst to Manager in Product Analysis. Michael's early career included positions such as Higher Education Opportunity Program Tutor at Rochester Institute of Technology, where over 160 hours of tutoring were provided, and Finance and Accounting Tutor, accumulating over 200 hours of support.
