Juan Ignacio Roco is an experienced Operations Manager at Mediastream since January 2022, previously leading projects at Netglobalis from November 2016 to December 2021. In the role of Líder de Proyectos, Juan Ignacio managed the execution of client-requested services, coordinating tasks with the Operations team to achieve objectives effectively. Prior to that, Juan Ignacio served as Supervisor de Monitoreo, overseeing platform monitoring services and ensuring timely resolution of client requests. Juan Ignacio began the career as Helpdesk, providing first-level technical support to internal clients. Juan Ignacio holds a degree in Ingeniería en Informática from Instituto Profesional CIISA and completed a course in Power BI data management at Santo Tomás.
