Manik Pawar is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in the field of People and Culture. Currently serving as the Director, People & Culture for APAC at Mediaocean since May 2017, Manik has held various roles including Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Prior to Mediaocean, Manik worked at QLogic from January 2012 to May 2017 as an HR Specialist, leading HR programs and employee engagement initiatives. Manik's earlier experience includes positions at Hexagon Executive Search as a Search Consultant and Account Manager, and as an Assistant Manager at Talwalkars Health Club. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Quality Control from SNDT University.
