Sandra Sherman Teplitsky has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sandra began their career at Perrigo Company as a Chemical Engineer, where they focused on process improvement, batch release, and handling complaints. Sandra then joined Omrix Biopharmaceuticals as a QA Engineer, specializing in FDA and EMEA audits and clean room critical systems. Sandra later became the Deviation Lead at Omrix, overseeing the deviation and CAPA process and performing data analysis. Most recently, Sandra worked at MediWound Ltd. as a QA Project Manager, where they led quality projects and implemented solutions for lyophilized biological products and serialization and aggregation. Sandra then became the Quality Assurance Manager, leading a team to establish and maintain a robust quality management system. Currently, they serve as the Director of Quality at MediWound, where they develop and maintains the quality management system, implements risk-based quality strategies, and represents the site in external regulatory audits. Overall, Sandra Sherman Teplitsky has extensive experience in quality management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement in the pharmaceutical industry.

Sandra Sherman Teplitsky received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2014. Sandra then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Technology Management at Holon Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2019.
