Sudheer Kumar is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Medall since April 2019, and previously held the title of HR Manager within the same organization. Prior to that, Sudheer worked at Ample Technologies as Assistant Manager HR from February 2017 to April 2019, and at Archetype Group in a similar role from September 2013 to February 2017. Beginning a career with Ambe Pvt Ltd in the Oil & Gas sector from June 2010 to August 2013, Sudheer has developed expertise in HR operations, performance management, and the complete recruitment lifecycle. Sudheer holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from NELLORE.
