Bob Hebner's work experience begins in 1981 at General Motors, where they worked as a Plant Electrical Engineer until 1983. Bob then joined Texas Instruments as a Sales Engineer, Product Marketing Engineer, and Sales Training Manager from 1983 to 1988. The next role they took was as a Sales Manager and Territory Sales Engineer at Regan Controls from 1988 to 1990. From 1990 to 1991, Bob worked as the Southeastern USA Sales Manager at Xycom. Bob then moved on to KitchenArt, where they served as the VP of Sales and Marketing from 1991 to 2003. Following that, Bob founded their own marketing company called Destiny Marketing, where they worked as the Owner and developed marketing plans for international clients until 2005. Bob then returned to MECO and held various positions, including Director of Sales, Director of Marketing, and Vice President of Strategic Development from 2005 to 2021. From 2017 to 2018, they also worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Tusculum University. In 2021, Bob joined Blackstone Products as the Director of Sourcing, and in 2023, they became the Director of Sales and Marketing at MECO.
Bob Hebner attended Lake Superior State University from 1975 to 1978, where they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering. Bob then transferred to The University of Memphis and graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology. In 1995, Bob briefly studied Market-Based Management at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, although they did not complete a degree. In 2009, they furthered their education by pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Marketing at East Tennessee State University, which they completed in 2010.
