Suketu Kohli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, sales training, and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as the Sales Training Lead for Asia Pacific at JLL, Suketu previously held the position of Program Lead for AWS Sales University, focusing on developing early career talent and bootstrapping the Public Sector Sales University. With a strong background as a Regional Consultant at Mercuri International Singapore, Chief Learning Officer at Mahindra Group, and Founder of Arina Management Consulting, Suketu has a proven track record in capability development and change management. Suketu's earlier roles include leadership in learning at Shoppers Stop and Reliance Retail, as well as consulting for human performance at NIS Sparta. Suketu holds a Master's degree in Change from INSEAD and an MBA in Marketing from Victoria University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
