Guillaume Garrigues is an experienced professional in production and logistics management, currently serving as Responsable Production and Responsable Logistique at MECADAQ GROUP since August 2015, where responsibilities include piloting MRP2 processes and managing customer forecasts within the ERP system. Previous roles include Chargé d'affaires logistique, where analysis of customer orders and forecasts was central, and an engineering consultant position at ALTEN for AIRBUS, focusing on reducing maintenance costs in industrial settings. Guillaume also has experience as a Logistics Coordinator at Airbus, deploying solutions for tooling flows in A380 production, and has engaged in continuous improvement projects at DAHER-SOCATA, as well as workshop reorganization at RECAERO.
