Eric Hermann Paus currently serves as a Referent des Vorstandsvorsitzenden (CEO) and Industrial Engineer at HAWE Hydraulik SE, focusing on process optimization in assembly since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Assistant at Werkzeugmaschinenlabor WZL der RWTH Aachen from April 2021 to September 2022, and several internships at companies such as Eickhoff Bergbautechnik GmbH, Liebherr Group, NPK Construction Equipment, and Paus Lateinamerika LTDA. Eric obtained a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University in December 2022, following a Bachelor of Science in the same field, completed in April 2021.
