Jenni Rutherford has over 18 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry. Jenni began their career in 2003 as an Associate Producer Mobile Sport at TWI/IMG Media Ltd. In 2004, they worked as a freelance Sports Journalist/Sub Editor at The Times, and in 2005, they worked as a freelance Sub Editor at Telegraph Media Group. From 2009 to 2017, they were employed at ESPN, where they worked as an Associate Project Leader, Global Digital Content Coordinator, Associate Producer, and SportsCenter Production. In 2017, they joined The Players' Tribune as the Head of Global Content and Production, where they led and executed seven-figure revenue deals and partnered with internal and external partners for each project. In 2021, they began working as a Production Operations and Content Strategy Consultant at Meadowlark Media.
Jenni Rutherford attended Auckland University of Technology from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies. Jenni previously attended NPGHS.
