Sean McKinley is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Lead, currently serving at First Citizens Bank since March 2024. With a diverse background spanning over three decades, Sean has held senior roles at MCS Inc. as Principal, Fidelity Investments as Agile Coach, and IBM in various Agile coaching capacities. Sean has contributed to the adoption of Agile methodologies across multiple organizations, mentoring teams and senior leaders to enhance value throughput through iterative project management. Educationally, Sean holds an MSc in Computer Science from Columbia University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
