Dipali Tone has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Dipali has held various roles in different organizations, each contributing to their expertise in the industry. Starting in 2007, Dipali worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at OS2i, where they managed client interaction, recruitment needs identification, and profile screening. In 2009, they joined Symantec as an Executive Assistant, providing administrative support to the VP and Director. In 2010, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Verve Global Services, spearheading recruitment and client communication. Dipali then joined RiseSmart.com in 2012, where they served as a Transition Specialist and Senior Recruiter, delivering job sourcing and outplacement services to IT, Federal, and Engineering Fortune 500 companies. In 2017, they became a Senior Recruiter at GEP Worldwide, responsible for managing full life-cycle recruiting and implementing innovative sourcing strategies. Dipali joined UBS in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition specialist. Currently, they are Head of Delivery - APAC at Randstad RiseSmart India, where they lead the delivery of outplacement solutions and manages coaching and writing services. Dipali's work experience showcases their diverse skill set and their ability to excel in various HR and talent acquisition roles.
Dipali Tone completed their education by earning a B.F.T.M degree in Food Technology from Shivaji University, attending from 2003 to 2005. Before that, they attended Holy Cross Convent High School from 1999 to 2000, although the specific degree and field of study for this period are unknown. Dipali also obtained a certification as a "randstad risesmart career coach master" from Randstad RiseSmart in September 2021.
