Mark Scheible is an experienced IAM Solutions Architect currently working part-time at MCNC to assist the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction with the NCEdCloud IAM Service and related issues for school districts and charter schools. Previously, Scheible served as the NCEdCloud IAM Service Manager at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction before retiring, and held senior roles at MCNC, including Sr. Lead IAM Solutions Architect, where responsibilities included overseeing the development and implementation of IAM services for the North Carolina Research and Education Network. Prior experience includes managing IAM initiatives at North Carolina State University, overseeing information systems at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and various technical positions at Compaq Computer/Digital Equipment Corporation. Scheible holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Science in Geology from Boston College, and an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Mount Washington College.
