Brian Cain currently serves as the Manager of Cloud Services at McLeod Software, overseeing support and delivery for cloud services customers since April 2018. Previously, in roles such as Managed Solution Services Manager and Project Coordinator at McLeod Software, Brian improved managed infrastructure processes and managed technical projects, respectively. From January 2012 to January 2018, Brian worked at Command Alkon as a Customer Success Data/Process Analyst, providing data analytics and developing tools, and as a Programmer Analyst, addressing software modifications and troubleshooting. Early career experiences include positions at the University of Alabama, Dixie Pulp & Paper, and Cbeyond, with a degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama.
