Benjamin Hom, SPHR, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at McKibbon Hospitality since April 2019, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources. Prior experience includes senior roles at Laser Spine Institute, where responsibilities spanned HR and ancillary services, and CANCER CENTER OF SOUTH FLORIDA, focusing on finance and administration. At Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Benjamin led corporate talent functions and was instrumental in achieving a Best Places to Work Award. Earlier roles involved significant contributions in compensation strategy at GE Healthcare and Motorola Solutions, along with engineering positions at GE Healthcare and Motorola. Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Northwestern University.
