Marilyn Hayes is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Hawks Cay Resort since July 2021, Marilyn assists the Director of Human Resources with various projects related to HR and Payroll. Previously, Marilyn held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue from May 2009 to March 2021, where responsibilities included benefits administration, policy enforcement, recruitment, and payroll management. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources & Payroll at Spencer Reed Group, LLC, managing HR functions and payroll for a large workforce, as well as roles at AlliedSignal Aerospace as an Executive Recruiter and Program Management Planner. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Avila University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Kansas.
