Louise Mann has extensive work experience in the field of corporate restructuring and recovery. Louise began their career at Ernst & Young, where they served as an Administrative Assistant from October 2001 to October 2002, and later as an Executive from October 2002 to October 2007. Louise then joined Baker Tilly as a Manager in Insolvency, Restructuring & Recovery from October 2007 to March 2014. Following a career break, Louise worked at Pepper Financial Services Group as a Temporary Compliance and Administration Officer for a brief period from March 2015 to May 2015. Louise then joined McGrathNicol, where they initially held the position of Manager in Corporate Recovery from May 2015 to June 2016. Louise was subsequently promoted to Senior Manager in Corporate Recovery and held this role from July 2016 to July 2020. Currently, Louise holds the position of Director in Corporate Restructuring at McGrathNicol from July 2020 to the present.
Louise Mann obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Arts (Hons) - Sociology from UNSW in the years 1997 to 2000. In 2013 to 2014, they also achieved a Bachelor's Degree, this time in Batchelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. Prior to their higher education, they attended Danebank School for Girls from 1991 to 1996. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including ARITA Member and ARITA Advanced Certification from the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand from the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand Careers, JIEB from the Joint Insolvency Education Board, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants from ACCA, and Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency from the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
