Laura Smyer is an experienced professional in instructional design and leadership development, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer and Senior Training Facilitator at Molina Healthcare since December 2017. Laura has created and facilitated various leadership training programs for call center supervisors and has mentored junior facilitators. In addition to ongoing roles with Living As A Leader and Life Quest Seminars, where Laura co-founded a leadership development company, Laura's background includes a successful tenure as a Leadership Development System Facilitator & Coach at Convergency Systems and a prominent booking agent with Michael Jr. Productions, Inc. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas Tech University and has demonstrated a robust ability to drive employee engagement and develop authentic leadership through effective training and curriculum development.
