Pedro Pereira is currently serving as Employee & Customer Experience Director, Sales Director, Marketing & Sales Director, and Purchasing Director at MCG Mind for Metal since 2008. Prior to this, Pedro held the position of Customer Care Manager at The Phone House from March 2007 to July 2008. Pedro also worked as an Intranet Consultant at Sonaecom from September 2004 to December 2005 and at Optimus from February 2001 to August 2004. Previously, Pedro served as a CallCentre Supervisor at Jazztel Telecomunicações Portugal from December 1999 to February 2001. Pedro holds a High Degree in Public Relations from Escola Superior de Comunicação Social, graduating in 1999.
