Rob O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob started their career in 2001 as a Senior Accountant at Four Seasons Health Care. In 2005, they joined Airswift, where they held various positions, including Group Finance Director and Payroll & Billing Transformation Director - International. In 2019, they became an Independent Finance and IT Consultant at Bluestone Investment Group Ltd. Rob then worked as a Finance Accounting Consultant at The VPS Group from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Finance Transformation at The MCG Group, a position they have held since 2023.

Rob O'Connor completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2008 to 2012.
