Zsuzsanna Csík has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2004, they started their career as an HR Administrative Assistant at TARGET Executive Search. Zsuzsanna then moved on to work as an Assistant to the Managing Director at Global-Tender Ltd. in 2007. In 2008, they served as an Office Manager and Patient Coordinator at Czinkóczky Implant Centre. From 2011 to 2016, Zsuzsanna worked as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative in unemployment and social areas at the Government Office for Pest Country. Zsuzsanna'smost recent role, which they began in 2017, is as a Finance Specialist at TOPdesk. Prior to this, they held the position of Office Manager at TOPdesk from 2017 to 2020.

Zsuzsanna Csík began their education at Atalanta Business School from 2000 to 2002, where they focused on Foreign Trade. Subsequently, they attended King Sigismund University from 2003 to 2006, earning a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
