Jessica Schreckenfuchs-Vallant has a diverse background in communications and employer branding, with extensive experience at McDonald's Österreich since December 2020 in roles focused on professional impact and communications strategies. Prior to this, Jessica worked as a Consultant for Employer Branding at Iventa. The Human Management Group, where responsibilities included HR communication projects and social media strategy. Previous positions also include roles in editorial management and content production at Meth Media Deutschland GmbH and OOOM, as well as project management and social media oversight at Heitger Consulting. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Journalism and Communication Studies and a certification as an Employer Brand Manager from the Deutsche Employer Branding Akademie.
