Trisha D'Costa currently serves as the Ethics and Compliance Senior Manager at McDermott International, Ltd since November 2011, holding various leadership roles including Vice President of the Sustainability Employee Resource Group and project manager for the 2022 Sustainability Report. Trisha previously worked at ConAgra Foods from January 2007 to January 2011, where significant contributions included leading cultural awareness initiatives, coordinating community volunteer efforts, and executing internal audit projects both domestically and internationally. Trisha began their career as an Internal Auditor at Salton Inc from March 2004 to January 2007, contributing to the establishment of the internal audit department. Trisha holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
