Cindy Motlalekgosi currently serves as a Legal Advisor at Botswana Oil Limited since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Legal and Compliance Officer at Mascom Wireless from January 2019 to August 2024, a Legal Officer at the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) from February 2017 to January 2019, and a Legal Advisor at BIHL Legal Guard from October 2015 to January 2017. Earlier in their career, Cindy worked as an Attorney at Phumaphi Chakalisa & Co; Callender Attorneys from July 2012 to October 2015. Educational qualifications include a Compliance Management degree in Law from the University of Cape Town (July 2020), a Post Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from Botswana Accountancy College (2014), and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Botswana (2007-2012).
