Ruth Leijten is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Transformation Lead at McCoy & Partners since April 2020, specializing in SuccessFactors - HR Xperience. Prior to this role, Ruth worked at Deloitte Nederland from September 2015 to April 2020 as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Human Capital Consulting.
