Randi Marshall is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Global People Operations at Medidata Solutions since March 2021, Randi leads initiatives that enhance clinical research through cloud-based solutions for life sciences. Previous roles at Medidata include Senior People and Business Partner/HR Director for Corporate Functions, focusing on talent assessment and organizational design. Randi's career also includes significant contributions at Employment Practices Group LLC as a Senior Consultant and at Colgate Palmolive in various HR leadership roles over nearly two decades, driving organizational effectiveness across diverse business units. Randi holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University.
