Jeremy Katz is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry, currently overseeing the operations of McCormick & Schmick's, a premier seafood restaurant known for its extensive wine program and daily menu rotations. Prior to this role, Jeremy served as the Food & Beverage Director at The Kimpton Group, managing multiple dining outlets in a prestigious four-star/four-diamond property. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cornell University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
