Peter Dawe currently serves as the Chief Operations & Growth Officer at McCain Foods, where responsibilities include leadership of global operations and strategic customer teams, as well as involvement in external affairs and sustainability initiatives. Dawe has been instrumental in implementing McCain's Sustainable Share Growth plan and has held various senior roles within the company, including Chief Growth & Strategy Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Additionally, Dawe is a board member for TruLeaf and STRONG ROOTS, and serves as an Independent Director at The Beer Store. Prior experience includes over 18 years at Boston Consulting Group, where Dawe was a Senior Partner and Managing Director, focused on the Consumer and Retail Practice in Canada. Dawe holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University.
