Philip McNair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and management analysis. Currently, Philip serves as a Project Manager for the Minority Business Development Agency at the U.S. Department of Commerce since May 2023 and as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Margie's Kid Kare since May 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Membership for the PMI Silver Spring Chapter and Management Analyst at the National Institutes of Health. Earlier experience features Project Manager roles at Conquest Solutions, LLC, and Data Center Engineer at Amazon Web Services. Philip's career began in the US Navy as a Gas Turbine Systems Engineer.
