Amanda Garcia began their work experience as an Operations Manager at Oncore Power Systems, Inc in 2004. Amanda later transitioned to Oncore Cables, LLC, where they held roles such as Director of Channel Business and Global Supply Chain Manager. During their time at Oncore Cables, Amanda was responsible for managing key channel sales accounts, conducting market research, and analyzing efficiency and cost reduction. In 2013, they joined The UNC Group as the National Director of Channel Sales and eventually became the Director of Business Development. In these roles, Amanda played a crucial role in obtaining new business opportunities and developing strategic planning initiatives. Currently, they serve as the Board Treasurer of 7x24 Exchange Southern California Chapter.

Amanda Garcia obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business and Marketing at the University of Mary, where they attended from 1997 to 1999.
