Dr. Rosary Kennedy is an experienced educator with a focus on adult education and curriculum development. Currently serving as an ESOL Instructor at the May Dugan Center and as an Americorps Member with CHN Housing Partners, Dr. Kennedy has previously held significant roles, including Instructional Program Specialist at Wake Technical Community College and Correctional Education Program Supervisor for the Arizona Department of Corrections. With a strong background in developing and facilitating professional learning communities, curriculum for adult literacy, and collaborating with educational stakeholders, Dr. Kennedy has also contributed as a conference presenter on best practices in adult education. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Urban Education and Leadership, a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction, and extensive experience in improving educational outcomes for diverse learners.
