Shanna Pilisi, ECRE, is an experienced recruitment professional with a background in technical and leadership roles across multiple organizations. As a Sourcing Team Lead at Maximus, Shanna has demonstrated expertise in managing recruitment strategies. Previous positions include Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at Chenega MIOS SBU, along with significant experience as a Senior Recruiter and Regional Recruiter at Allstate, and a Technical Recruiter at Take2 Consulting, LLC. Shanna is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology at Northern Virginia Community College.
