Lindsey Godbout is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Communications Director for the Office of Congressman John Sarbanes at the U.S. House of Representatives since May 2024, having previously held the position of Press Secretary in the same office. Prior to this, Lindsey worked at Raffetto Herman Strategic Communications from June 2020 to May 2024, where roles included Public Relations Associate and Specialist. Lindsey’s early career includes positions such as Digital Marketing Communications Intern at Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management and various leadership and operational roles within PRSSA and Syracuse University Women in Communications. Lindsey is pursuing a Master’s degree in Legislative Affairs from The Graduate School of Political Management, following a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
