Kathleen Shaffer is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Maximus since November 2018, Kathleen has previously held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at the same company. Prior to that, Kathleen was Director of Talent Acquisition at General Dynamics Information Technology from November 2017 to November 2018. At SYKES, Kathleen advanced through positions from Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for North America to Director of Global HR Compliance. Earlier in Kathleen's career at CenturyLink, roles included Manager of Talent Acquisition Compliance & Operations, Manager of College Recruitment and Diversity/Inclusion, and Lead Recruiter. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Boston University.
