Brittany H. is a seasoned professional in user experience (UX) research and mental health, currently serving as a Sr. UX Researcher at Maximus since June 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Mental Health LLM Supervisor and Mental Health AI Researcher at ChatOwl, Inc., as well as a UX Researcher for various organizations, including the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services, Casetext, The Cultured Design, and Demandbase. Brittany H. began a career in clinical research as a Clinical Research Assistant at Woodmont Psychiatric Group and holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and an Associate's degree with a Psychology Concentration from Montgomery College.
