Vikash Mishra is an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager at Green Valliey Industries Ltd, where since September 2015, leadership of the Human Resource function has been key to aligning HR metrics with business goals. Prior to this role, Vikash served as Assistant Manager at Atibir Industries Company Limited from June 2011 to August 2015, contributing to the Talent Management Strategy, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Payroll, and HR Operations in collaboration with the Leadership team. Vikash holds an MBA from BIT Mesra, with involvement in the Student-Industry Relations Cell from 2003 to 2005.
