Limor Raviv is a group leader at the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics and a lecturer in social interaction at the University of Glasgow, with a focus on language evolution and language change. Previous roles include postdoctoral researcher at Vrije Universiteit Brussel and visiting research fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Limor's PhD research examined the relationship between social structure and the formation of linguistic structure, contributing to understandings of how language is shaped in controlled environments. Additionally, experience includes managing the first "Living Lab" in Israel at The Bloomfield Science Museum Jerusalem and serving as a research assistant and graduate teaching assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Educational qualifications include a PhD in cognitive psychology and psycholinguistics from the Max Planck Institute and advanced degrees in cognitive science and linguistics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
