Giovanni Nizzi has held various roles within the Max Mara Fashion Group, starting as a CM Sale Clerk at Disneyland Paris in 2006. Giovanni then worked as a Legal Intern at Le Roux Van Zyl Inc. Attorneys and Hammond Legal in 2010 and 2011 respectively. In 2012, they were a Trainee at LGV Avvocati before joining Max Mara Fashion Group as a Brand Protection Specialist in 2013. Giovanni later became the Commercial Director at HIGGOVALE PTY LTD - Max Mara Australia from 2015 to 2018. Nizzi then held director positions at Max Mara España SLU and Max Mara Portugal, Unipessoal LD in 2018 and 2019 respectively. Currently, they are the Global Commercial Director at Max Mara since 2023.

Giovanni Nizzi obtained a Master's Degree in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where they attended from 2006 to 2012. In addition, they completed an L3 program in Droit at Université Paris Nanterre from 2008 to 2009.
