Rachele Bernardi serves as the Tax Director and Global Transfer Pricing Lead at Ralph Lauren since August 2021, leveraging extensive expertise in transfer pricing accumulated over nearly two decades. Previously, Rachele held the position of Senior Manager in Transfer Pricing at PWC UK, where specialization included assisting private equity and real estate funds with complex transfer pricing issues from 2014 to 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Transfer Pricing Director at Valente e Associati, focusing on tax authority interactions, and working at EY from 2006 to 2012, where support was provided to multinational companies across various industries in transfer pricing, corporate planning, and tax audits. Rachele holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Laws (LLM) from King's College London, a Master's in Finance and Strategy from Sciences-Po, and two Master's degrees in International Economics from Università Bocconi.
