Jayven Jacalne-Bonilla

Sous Chef at MAUI BREWING CO

Jayven Jacalne-Bonilla has extensive culinary experience, currently serving in various roles at Maui Brewing Co. since May 2018, including Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Cook I, Pizza & Pantry, and Prep Cook. In March 2020, Jayven worked as Cook IV for Banquets at Grand Wailea Maui, a Waldorf Astoria Resort. Educationally, Jayven holds two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees from the University of Hawaii Maui College, one in Culinary Arts/Chef Training and the other in Baking and Pastry Arts, both obtained between 2017 and 2019.
