Ryan Ferguson is an experienced professional in the publishing and retail industries, currently serving as the Head of Global Publishing at Mattel, Inc. since July 2014. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Licensing Manager at Disney Publishing Worldwide from August 2012 to June 2014. Ryan began a career at Barnes & Noble, transitioning from Field Merchandiser from January 2005 to January 2007 to Buyer from November 2007 to August 2012. Educated at Louisiana State University, Ryan earned a BA in Marketing and English between 1999 and 2004.
