Oliver Mattsson has held various roles in the past six years. In 2020, they were the Teamlead Sourcing Finland and Key Account Manager Finland at Matsmart - Motatos, as well as Operations Product Manager - Beauty, Fashion & Luxury at Dufry Group. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Nightclub Manager at KINO Nightclub. In 2016, they were the Beauty Campaign Coordinator at Viking Line. In 2015, they were the Tax Free Back-Office Assistant at Viking Line. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Sales Agent and Marketing Trainee at Viking Line, where their roles included Deputy Store Manager, Sales and Marketing of hotel, vessel and train trips, Accounting of register, and Marketing of Viking Line's products.

Oliver Mattsson obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Novia University of Applied Sciences between 2011 and 2014. Oliver then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Marketing from the Hanken School of Economics between 2016 and 2018.
